Felipe Álvarez Echeverri

Managing partner of the Firm. Advises a large group of companies in different aspects related to individual, collective and social security labor law, with more than 25 years of experience. Governor of the Colombian Labor Bar Association for the period 2022. He has extensive experience leading complex Collective Bargaining processes. Claudia Liévano Triana

Business advisor in labor matters with more than 30 years of professional experience in consulting, collective bargaining, restructuring processes and judicial representation. She has been recognized for her activity in labor consulting and litigation, managing retirement plans, collective bargaining and restructuring plans; as well as numerous due diligence processes. She is recognized by Chambers & Partners in Band 2, highlighting her strategic and practical performance in the corporate labor environment. She has been teaching at renowned universities for more than 25 years. Active member of the Labor Bar Association, the Legal Committee of ACRIP and ANDI. María Lucía Laserna Angarita

For more than twenty (20) years he has advised a large group of companies in all aspects of individual and collective labor law. He has extensive experience in litigation and cassation. She leads the Audit and Audit Department of the Firm. Recognized in Chambers & Partners in Band 3. She teaches postgraduate courses in the areas of individual labor law and labor procedural law. Specialist in labor and evidentiary law. Master in Labor Relations from Cornell University (USA). Currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the London School of Economics.

Carlos Arturo Barco Alzate

Former Assistant Judge of the Labor Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. Arbitrator in collective labor conflicts. Lecturer and columnist in specialized legal media. Master in Labor and Social Security Law and Master in Literature. Specialist in Labor Law and Administrative Law. He has 15 years of experience in business consulting and labor litigation, as well as in public service in the Executive and Judicial Branches. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at renowned universities in the country. Recognized by the international publication Best Lawyers for the 12th edition (2022) in the Labor and Employment Law category. Co-director of the Labor Observatory of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and the Corporación Excelencia en la Justicia. He leads the area of Litigation, training and creation of legal content.
